quote]
Shortly after watching the second tragedy, I heard jet engines pass our building, which, being so close to the airport is very common. But I thought the airport was closed. I figured it was a plane coming in for landing. A few moments later, as I was looking down at my desk, the plane caught my eye.

People who have researched the Pentagon attack extensively are well aware of the Gannett connection. Here is a list of some of the writers and editors for Gannett and its subsidiaries who (according to their accounts) just so happened to be over half an hour late for work and just so happened to be in excellent positions to see the plane in the final seconds and report that it hit the building, even though we now have conclusive evidence that it did not.
Bob Dubill – executive editor for Gannett's USA Today.
Mary Ann Owens – journalist for Gannett.
Richard Benedetto – founding member of and reporter for Gannett's USA Today.
Vin Narayanan – reporter for Gannett's USA Today.
Joel Sucherman – multimedia editor for Gannett's USA Today.
Mike Walter – reporter for Gannett's USA Today.
Steve Anderson – director of communications for Gannett's USA Today.
Fred Gaskins – national editor for Gannett's USA Today.
Mark Faram – reporter for Gannett's Navy Times.
Phillip Thompson – reporter for Gannett's Army Times Publishing Company
Christopher Munsey - staff writer for Gannet's Army Times Publishing Company
A number of these reporters claim to have been within less than 1/4 of a mile of each other on Route 27, right in front of the Pentagon.
CIT has covered this issue extensively, providing detailed research and analysis. They have even conducted and published exclusive interviews with a number of these individuals, excerpts of which are featured in "The USA Today Parade" and "The Pentagon Flyover: How They Pulled It Off", amongst other places.

Micky Bell -- just left trailer in construction yard
"The jet came in from the south and banked left as it entered the building, narrowly missing the Singleton Electric trailer and the on-site foreman, Mickey Bell."
Jack Singleton -- in or near trailer in construction yard
"The plane's left wing actually came in near the ground and the right wing was tilted up in the air."
Schauen wir uns die Originalaussage an:
Where the plane came in was really at the construction entrance," says Jack Singleton, president of Singleton Electric Co. Inc., Gaithersburg MD, the Wedge One electrical subcontractor. "The plane's left wing actually came in near the ground and the right wing was tilted up in the air. That right wing went directly over our trailer, so if that wing had not tilted up, it would have hit the trailer. My foreman, Mickey Bell, had just walked out of the trailer and was walking toward the construction entrance."
Singleton gibt also das wieder , was Mickey Bell gesehen haben will.
David Marra -- had just turned his BMW off an I-395 exit to the highway
"The plane rolled left and then rolled right. Then he caught an edge of his wing on the ground." There is a helicopter pad right in front of the side of the Pentagon. The wing touched there."
Hier seine komplette Aussage:
"It was 50 ft. off the deck when he came in. It sounded like the pilot had the throttle completely floored. The plane rolled left and then rolled right. Then he caught an edge of his wing on the ground." There is a helicopter pad right in front of the side of the Pentagon. The wing touched there,
then the plane cartwheeled into the building.
Dave Marra, had allegedly just turned off an I-395 exit to the highway just west of the Pentagon

Aldo Marquis schreibt hierzu:
If the plane would have caught an edge of the wing in the ground...
A. We would see damage to the lawn. There is none.
B. This would have impeded a succesful penetration, as it would have changed the trajectory of the plane causing it to "cartwheel" into the building, as Dave Marra/the Time author suggests.
This clearly did not happen in the official story nor can it happen with the north of gas station approach.
Most importantly he does not indicate nor was he independently asked if the plane was on the north or south side of the gas station, which is hard to see from any 395 exit.
....
Dave Marra is NOT a valid witness nor does he debunk a north side or represent a south side.
